CHMA'10 Experience

It has been a roller coaster ride for me at CHMA'10

It first started as an experiment for me to experiment choreographing a dance ( which i was always eager to) and for it to be performed infront of a big audience.

I did a choreography for the CHMA Audition. It was extremely difficult.
1. Getting the songs
2. thinking of steps.

This choreography has clinched us the Merit Award for Creative Expressions Category.

This did not satisfy me nor my group members. i didn't feel that we did our best at the Audition
we needed something special , something awesome.

That was when the crucial sentence from Mr Ang changed everything.
'You need more people in your group'

Everyone was hype about adding more people to be in the group.
Of everyone in Singapore that could dance, we somehow picked my junior's
Mass display choreographer's assistant. yup.
she got her friend down too.
and thus, the birth of 24GB , it means 2Girls 4Boys actually.

The second choreography was better than the first.
Probably because of the experience i got from the first one or my passion towards dance?
It might sound all sweet and fun things... that is when you're real wrong.

Throughout this whole journey, many emotions have been thrown in with the dance.
as the dance grows , emotions go haywire.
I got to admit , especially mine.

This CHMA'10 dance performance has teached me alot , helped me to mature in life.
1. Choreography skills
2. Never EVER put too many layers of eyeliner. ( Thanks to Shuxin , Jocelyn Gay for your help!
and Eunice for making my nose blue.)
3.Emotions should be kept in control.

time to reflect on my performance as the leader of the group :

I could have finished the whole dance in lesser sessions but i slacked too much and didnt have that drive to continue at some sessions. my inner self is a very strong being , even helped me to screw up some parts of my dance at the earlier sessions.
I have been selfish , to fulfill my own needs , i have hijacked our chance of doing a better piece.
Sorry guys if i've not been the ideal leader to all of you.

Dance is my output of stress
Dance gives me a meaning a life
Dance helps me to grow
Dance spices me up
Dance makes me awesome
Dance is awesome.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed our performance yesterday. I believe we put up a very dazzling and entertaining performance. Although we did not win the best performance . It does not matter.
We enjoyed it. thats all we need.

Thank You God for this experience. 'Hard times are need to help me to mature'

Its back to hardcore studying for O levels again! :D see you people.

I have been fantasizing about my days after O levels and and im going to list down what I have been planning of doing after my O's.

1. DANCE LESSONS. - like duh. I have to improve in my dance, especially if i want to be a good
Dancer in my JC.

2. BUY A SUPER COMPUTER. - my current com sucks.

3. BUY A PS3 - this is going to be fun.

4. Get a dog - Im talking about a real dog , not those people who follow you like a dog.

5.Get a Part-time job - the experience is important , as well as the money :D

6. Hang out with friends - Its a must.

I think that is about all. its going to be fun after O levels but the road there is tough.
especially when you are in catholic high. Screwing us over.
but oh well! whats a guy that gives excuses?

i would just like to say sorry to guys that i have been such an asshole to.

Im back from OBS!

OBS has given me a new insight at leadership :D

OBS is awesome, although it might have very shitty and tiring activities , it was still fun.

I belonged to the group Marshall which consisted of 16 people.
everyone rocked.

Apart from marshall , activities such as sea expedition was carried out with other 3 groups , we were called CAMP 1 BRAVO.

everyone was awesome. kinda.

There was a very set routine of pitching and setting up tents.
im going to summarize what we did on all the 5days.

Day 1.

ADMIN STUFF. alotttt of admin stuff
BOAT TRIP TO UBIN.
ice breakers
learned how to belay( YET AGAIN)
learned how to pitch tents.
pitched tents somewhere on top of a hill.
Packed camping bags.
sleeped on the hill , it was hot inside , super humid. like im being cooked.

Day 2
Climbed inverted tower , didn climb to the top though , very tiring and it kinda injures down there.
Brought out the kayaks to kayak to our next campsite.
learned how to paddle and do TX rescue ( yet again)
Paddled to our new campsite and brought our kayaks up and went to our campsite to
pitch tents and cooked food for dinner.

so..... after that we had a sea expedition briefing which is going to occur tmrw , and we had to kayak 16km... around the whole of ubin!
4 sea expedition leaders were chosen. guess who!
I was one! :D kinda unbelievable but its aloysius!

Day 3

Struggled like hell to put my contacts into my eyes, but it was fine after awhile
and we were all going out to sea starting our sea expedition . i was the navigator, the one infront,
got scolded by times by instructor.

'YOU ARE GOING TO FAST '
'YOU ARE GOING TO SLOW'
'YOUR FACE GETTING SUNBURNED'

it was funny how people just kayaked in when i was talking to the instructors.
i feel that i was kayaking very fast you know. FAST.

After around 10 hours of struggling and eating oranges and going down to the sea to pee countless of times , we finally reached our destination on time.
i hated people who wasted orange skin.
yes thats you nedra.

Day 4

Land expedition day.
this kinda sucked big time, we had to carry super heavy bags and walk super far. in ponchos.
and the ponchos were rubbing against all my sunburns from the previous day.

But somehow we got through it and got back to our original campsite 1.
had a good bath and changed into my JACKET. ONLY JACKET. xD

We cooked our final awesome meal to be presented and ate it. there were apples filled with digestive biscuit thingy for desert. cool right.
People who chased me around with a notebook and whacking me with it and asking me to write my number should just fall down and stay down.
we slept at the multi purpose hall, and it was uber cold alright.

Day 5

Nothing much on day 5 just cleaning up and final goodbyes , i hated goodbyes to the core
and i almost cried when i saw people crying.
but im a strong boy , what can i say!
so we took the boat back to SG and it was home sweet home.

i still kinda missed the times we had together.
Girls giving eyepower , boys complaining.
laughing at what luke says.
awesome times. good memories.
thanks camp 1 bravo and marshall for these memories. :)

I finally know the true meaning of 'shit happens'

well to tell you the truth , i screwed up my end of years , to the extent that its even worst than my last 3 term's results.

The school has arranged me to go back to school in november for extra lessons for around a month.
and it clashes with my chalet.
the feeling really sucks when all my friends are going to the chalet without any worries , but for me i have to worry about my studies , and me missing out on the extra lessons if i go for the chalet.
although im already promoted to sec4, and being told the main purpose of the extra lessons is to make sure i dont suffer in sec 4 , i still dont feel much better.

The thought of me being stupid still lingers in me though, am i really that dumb to the extent that i cant even get through a normal exam?
encouraging this perception of myself is still the fact that others can spend such a short time studying the day before the exam and still pass with Bs , true or not , i believed it.
i have been lying to myself that the distractions that i have around me while studying is the reason why i scored so badly. but i dont really think so, maybe its really a problem with my brain?

even so , im not planning to give up like this.
God let bad experiences happen for a reason, and i know he wants to make me stronger so that i can grow and handle setbacks which are much more painful than this.
Moreover, he would not bestow upon me something i cant handle, this i can, i know i can.

i cant let people's view of me having bad grades pull me down, im still Aloysius, Aloysius Wong.
aww yeah, im gona get this going and start scoring well. Proving to myself that im not stupid is going to be mentally challenging.
But Yeah! he can do this. he can.

A1s for him?
im taking it no matter what.

Im left with one A maths paper!
im so proud of myself for being a disciplined boy to study and not touch the computer for a few weeks.

well im left with one more A maths paper and im free for 2 months +
which means.. i can Dance without worrying about my studies for this period of time. awesome.

I think the school was very kind for once by not giving us suicidal papers for EoYs.
yup yup yup. i have a whole lot of events coming up after exams.
let me try and list some.

1. ProjectX performance at Esplanade
2. Dance ( of course)
3. OBS camp (wonder how this is going to turn out)
4. 6-day chalet ( Berserk fun)

well im lazy to list out anymore . i really really really hope my results for EOY will allow me to
enjoy my holidays. well.. i think it would.
it will? wont it?
yes i know it will.

A maths is a subject that requires practice - (quoted by someone i forgot who)

im going to be a good boy and practice some questions

weee! it has been very very long since i last blogged.

good grades come at a price..
lalala! i think sometimes teachers are too paranoid and think that
a student's job is just to mug the life out of him.

they didn take into consideration the hobbies and side goals of students
i think that these kind of teachers probably mugged their life out when they were
young and had no other hobbies ...
maybe they just read books! and more books!
: hi what are your hobbies?
: i like to study and read books, whatever makes up a nerd!

anyway End of Years are just like 3 weeks away! oh gosh.
Tests are like flooding classrooms everyday :O

I think i should blog about my views about ch dance's training.

as the name goes , i feel that we should be spending our time Dancing
instead of doing some sit ups and running, all the physical training stuff i feel
that all dancers should train it themselves , if they are really enthusiastic about dance.
If they dont train by themselves , they will just feel left out when everyone else is
training hard and improving quickly. if they want to feel that way , so be it.

Dance time for those people who train themselves at home shouldn be deprived.
as time in the dance room is limited we should make full use of it and Dance!
doing physical training will just benefit the slackers who dont train by themselves. and we wouldn't want to encourage
the slackers to continue slacking , will we?

we should just stretch for around 30mins and get it GOING! Dance!

Although i don't really have a say in this, im just sharing my opinion.
so oh well! lalalalalala
eventually we will all still by judged individually when we walk our different paths.

Have you ever tried to change a whole auditorium's layout using just rafia strings and trashbags?
well i did.
its a totally gruesome job.
especially carrying to heavy load of 150 trashbags + 100 lightsticks.
people on the bus will be like staring at you wondering if theres a bomb inside.
i wonder what is wrong with people! big bags = bombs?
well i got that done and over with quickly.

i still hated setting up the haunted house.
the trashbags are annoying. the rafia strings makes me crazy.
just looking at it again could make me go insane.

but staying almost overnight there was fun. especially when you are working with
close friends to get things done.
My special 'Tunnel Of Despair' was prepared.

I had hot cakes from macs as breakfast and started struggling to put on my contacts.
it sucks to scream at people who punch you or scream back at you.
i am going to hunt down the guy that punched me and broke my mask.
its MY MASK.. the 'Mask of the half-faced'
but now its broken, in pieces.

The place was super dark , you can hardly see where are your 'ghosts'
and everybody will start scaring one another.
'Tunnel of Despair' was disfigured by some girls who dont understand the meaning of CRAWL.

oh! i made a new friend too!
his left wrist was dislocated.
i took good care of him. he even helped me to scare people you know!
he wore knee guards too.
He threw himself at customers too!
But his head was dislocated after awhile and we had to tie him to the chair..
i named him 'Ummy' pronouced as you-mee
Thanks Ummy! i wonder how is he now. his eye popped out too. can he see with one eye?

it was fun how i screamed at people's faces and they all fall down or scream back
but it still sucks to get punched.
People with super fair complexion should be banned from the haunted house , they are like a mini sun bringing light in, which isn't what we want.

anyway , EOYs are in 4 weeks!

Getting limited usage to the internet seriously is difficult to endure..
i mean like , how can any teenager today survive without Internet!?
We go on MSN , facebook and some other weird games.

End of Year exams are in 5 weeks time. the horror!
5 weeks! to mug like crazy and get everything into my mind.

I failed my Chem and Physics with E8 for both.
very bad.
teachers are kinda going crazy too. 4 days of tormenting from my chem teacher for failing Chemistry...
oh well!

doing difficult high standard a maths question is mind torturing.
it makes your mind go bonkers! gosh.
especially when there are many steps... and when you do til the end , you find it that you have a careless mistake in one of the earlier steps..

Where got ghost isnt that a bad movie.
its a good movie for people who understands most of dialect.
well... the sudden scary images did frighten me a little , but i certainly did not scream!

Mastery reviews are over! muahahaha!
although i think i would most probably fail physics and chemistry, i would still enjoy myself during this weekend!
to kickstart things off , i watched Gi Joe on friday.
The movie is cool , especially the suit which makes people look like robocop.

did i ever mention how sucky it is to perform to a small group of people who cant appreciate dance?
well it sucked.
i dont even know why the event was called AYG appreciation tea.
the lunch they provided sucked....
the minister was late for 30mins...
we werent in the mood to dance...
oh well!

National Day :D

its national day! yay!
but I didn't really celebrate it.

all I did was to prepare for my upcoming exams at the airport with Calast and Jo. ( i think your new names are cool).
although it was intense studying most of the time... calast is hilarious.
but she should stop fighting with me over comprehension answers. and just
give me the question paper when i demanded for it to be handed over.

by the way , the story calast and i made up was so cool! it gave me stomach cramps thinking of it
but this is how it goes ( i think)

the cupboard was angry because 'didi' did not put in the clothes properly and so the cupboard decided to drop on him. 'ah kong' saw him getting squashed by the cabinet and did not know what to do and so he suddenly had depression and tried to commit suicide. 'ah ma' saw this and tried to stop 'ahkong' but she ended up falling down and spent her time crying.
'papa' got home and told 'mama' he lost his job and 'mama' started to shoot fire around the whole house and the house caught fire!
Happily ever after. this story is a sure A1! remember to include my name in the credits if you use this story for your compositions!

The breakdance lesson videos by Bboy Xcel is so good! i will continue to learn from it :D

Ndp celebrations

This year's ndp celebration was so disappointing , probably because there wasnt any performances.... they should ask dance to perform an item , at least it wont be that bad.
but noooooo, they had some uniform groups marchpast and sports...
wasted 2 hours of my time walking around amidst sweaty smelly people.
i think they should expand j8 soon. its getting too crowded!
the air conditions nowsadays are very bad too, sneezing non-stop.
my phone has another scratch added to the screen , a big one.
boring day....

Lord of the flies drama night

this thing scammed me of 12 dollars from my edusave fund. it was so boring that
people could start shouting teacher's name to start entertaining themselves and throwing
paper around. These are some of a characteristics of a screwed up play.
I have heard the P word being shot at me many times that night too. i dont know why
people just like to shoot that p word around , but oh well... cant do anything about it!

Exams are coming yet again... Gah, sec 2 topics are back to haunt me.
Awesome will stay strong throughout this period!
Ohoh! theres another performance for ChDance!

Long time since i last blogged...

Oh well.. im just blogging just to amuse some people who read

This Holiday has been really idle for me. Everything has been pretty screwed.

1st week.

2nd week.

Ncc Camp : If you ask me I think it was a complete waste of time there, 4days gone just like that.
I dare to say that i put in effort to teach the junior cadets what i have learnt
throughout my ncc life. Although this ncc life has came to an 'end' long ago, I wont
make things difficult for the higher ranks. But one thing i have to make it clear,
I am physically still attached to Ncc, but mentally im not attached to Ncc but a
Dance Exco.

I know its bad to leave ncc in the lurch , but i think i benefit the school and myself in dance.
Sorry Ncc mates! 3rd Sg Ps Wong is no more!

Life....
1-6 years old ----- Like a retard learning about the world ... without a clue who in the world you
are....

7-17----- spent studying like some retard for no good reason.

18-20---- spent in ns getting tekkan like crazy..(for guys)
Girls will probably spent another 2 years in university or something.

20- R.I.P date ---- Probably find a job? get stressed out at job... Find a partner for life...
Get into some quarrels ... If suey, divorce?

After a few years.... Get some weird disease and hospitalized? suffer

P.S:learning of singlish comes naturally in Sg.

If you look at a normal singaporean's life it will be like this without those days that they have to suffer more pain and agony through things... but oh well... Life is full of these stressful stuff and not much space for us to enjoy T.T

Yeahhh .... exams are over.... lost that kind of after exam mood where
crazy people will start shouting exam over , throw chairs at random places , having
taupoks and people discussing where to celebrate.

But now sec 3 life is all about ...
Person A : eheh whats your answer for question A
Person B: wait ah! i got use the extra paper write down my answer!
Person A: wah! ok.... eh i think i gona fail sia.
Person B: wont fail one la. The paper so easy...
Person C(smart geek) : Eh eh , Check ur answer with mine!
Person B : siao liao , my answer all different sia. sure fail liao .

This is how retarded sec 3 life is .... The different subjects are like selecting the type of
people who you want to kill you..
so selecting subjects are like selecting who you want to kill you~! this is another reason for double science people to rejoice about because we got one less person to stab us . 8 subs=stabbed 8 times... 9 sub = stabbed 9 times... dont u just like the stabbing we are recieving? so shoik hor!
ok anyway i flunked chem and history .. chem by 1/2 mark cos i didn mug much for it.
History ... I MUGGED! BUT I NEVER WRITE THE WORDS 'ECONOMIC WEAKNESSES' at the starting of the paragraph and my mark for two meaty paragraphs was .... yeah .... ZERO.

Oh well, but the type of person i am refrains me from being emo for long ... i enjoyed my after exam days too! I went to play basketball during the night with all the heavy downpours going on.
with heavy downpours comes heavy injuries. and yeah . i jammed my thumb ( still aches now)
,fell like twice? Ball ricochet on my friends head and came flying to my face.. it was just in that split second and it went like BAM!.
Stayed overnight there blah blah blah.... happy belated birthday wen rui. (be happy ur name is on my blog )

The Second Sec 2 camp / Last Camp of being a OAL has ended....
mixed feelings of relief yet sadness....
Finally im able to concentrate on studies but still im missing the times when the OALs all started getting pissed and pumping people like crazy
or putting misplaced clothes infront of the whole sec 2 asking em to take their belongings.
and and the way we quarelled over who gets to go kayaking...
getting tau pok-ed in the bunk was also fun!
pouring powder on people too...
ohoh! we also confiscated food from sec 2's and ate em xD!

Day 1....
Basically all i did that day was to support people after they abseiled down.
boring!

Day 2....
Today was a pinch more interesting. I did belaying for challenge pole and i climbed it myself for demostration purposes, i free falled for like 4metres which left me just above the ground.
Second half of the day changed my skin colour and got me pissed with the sea for the first time...
the currents were against us which made us go back like 2 metres after u kayaked 1 metre...
so i went crazy and kayak-ed like a mad person.
Anyway my skin colour has changed =O
I was emcee for the campfire too! ok la i think i screwed it up due to lack of experience but oh well! The most important thing is to learn from mistakes i guess...
I fell asleep as soon as i set my sleeping bag. ><

Day 3... Woke up the latest... AGAIN... rushed to go kayaking again , the water was super cold like .... ice water. lucky the currents were calm today if not i really would had lost my mind.. the only bad thing is my skin colour changed even more. T.T
But its not all bad! I got to know the other OALs better .
We shared everything! ok maybe except the food. =x
I also got to know the instructors better.. they are kind people yo!

Very very very dead blog recently....
sec 3 life is really crazy man.... Now i only have like 5hours of sleep , and those people who
know me well know that i CANT survive with just that pitiful 5 hours of sleep. i have been dozing off in lessons lately which i shouldn be doing and im letting my homework snowball...

Chinese HW---- Owed for 2 weeks , still not completed

Maths HW---- being chased like a person who owes $....

Actually only those la... and my physics .... haiz....
feeling pretty discouraged

Sec 2 camp~

Sec 2 camp rocked! especially when you are in charge of them! Totally different experience!
This experience was traumatic la xD! I was sick throughout the camp! but i didn feel sick , probably because of God! Nothing is impossible with him! =D

Day 1

Left school with a high body temperature!
I was in charge of phillipe B and i thought it was gona be sien like siao , but opps
im wrong ! We went to do high ropes course or confidence course because its supposed to build up people's confidence someway or another. I belay-ed the challenge pole! Its some course whereby u are supposed to climb a log vertically and jump for a pole while standing on top on the log. I did 10 pull ups on the pole man! xD!
Oh yeah! I met a instructor named Mark, joker guy! very very very funny! hahaha. His voice also dam cool... ( im not ghey hor!)
Then it was night activity, we played broken telephone! and my message was : The elephant came to singapore to hug the merlion and they were very happy!
hahahaha lame x.x

Day 2

Long long long day! i was the last OAL to wake up. (woke up at like 8 +)
I missed the morning PT =(
and the next activity was kayaking , imagine waking up , half awake, and dropping into Super Super Cold water. I think my blood almost froze la! kayaking was quite siao , cos the sec2's didn want to carry their kayaks cos of their fatigue , but oh well they got punished too!
After that was rock climbing! oh well , i just climbed all the lanes and had my veins popping out =O but yeah it was fun!
Ohohohoh! Then it was campfire!!! Oals had to make the sec2's high , dam crazy la! We played a game whereby people were supposed to catch us and take our OAL shirt =( 6 people came after me , i lost 5 by jumping over a bush but 1 still caught me! AND I HAD TO WALK BACK TO MY BUNK HALF NAKED! dam cold!!! oh oh oh! Phillipe B won best skit! woots! Good job guys =D
when the fire was put out , we just played with the microphone xD jacob beatboxed while i breakdanced and fell xD

Day 3!(break camp day!)

Last Oal to wake up again , i think i woke up at 9+.
too tired to do anything , i just cheered my group on doing their stations.
After that was area cleaning , but i helped my group to pon it by writing reflection on their ICs(there were 4 of us)
Then we just went back to school =O
Im so looking forward to the next round of sec 2 camp =DDDD

Time Really flies~

School's reopening soon!
I havent even bought my books yet , buy my shoes, and get my haircut.
Many many things to be done.

It felt like it was just yesterday that , everybody was cheering : LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!
and throwing away their Books and worksheets.

But yeah , we have to continue with our lifes , no more 1-1 , 2-1 days.
I hope that 3-3 would be a good class and motivate me to study harder.

But, its still the holidays! so yeah! I better savour every moment of it now! =D
Im gona Go shopping tomorrow, christmas day, 25th of dec , actually its today.
Oh well!
I guess i should go sleep now!

First , let me express my physical pain. OUCH , ASS HURTS , PAIN! ok...

Played , Badminton and basketball with crescent people today.

Badminton-ed at bishan stadium , i roller blade-ed around halfway throughout the game.
Fell on my butt many times , which explains the ache in it now.
Twisted my ankle a little too. x.x

Basketball-ed with the aching butt of mine , and twisted ankle.
My butt got a little better , but ankle , obviously got worst lah.

After all the workout , i still went to Orchard, the crowd there , can make u go siao la.
manxzxzxz. so difficult to walk.

Climbing course Level 1 !

I had a climbing course today , which was unexpected , mine was actually on the 23rd then got changed to 22nd , so i rushed down to school with only 5 hours of sleep, the feeling sucks!

The Level 1 makes it sound like some sort of game.
Climbing is a Very very very dangerous sport, really!

1. u could knock ur head with all ur brain juices coming out.
2. fall from a height, get paralyzed(rather die huh?)
3.break some part of ur body?

The point is, if u dun take precautions while climbing u will get pretty badly
injured or die! im too young to die x.x

Anyway yeah we climbed the wall twice, i got to the top twice , obviously xD
Climbing is super fun! really! when you reach the top,
there will be a sense of success!dam shoik feeling , really, im not joking.

We also did bouldering , its a activity whereby u climb the wall horizontally >>>>
not vertically, without exceeding the first two lanes of the wall.
Its challenging, but when you got your momentum, you can even walk on the wall
i managed to do that for the first 3 tiles to the right.

Bwahahahahaha! I need to go rest my hands now.

I managed to finish tuition homework at woodlands library today!

i wont be burning midnight oil before my tuition for this week =D

Woodlands library not bad lah, quite quiet , but with me there, hmmmm.

Went to PLay LAN, Swim and Arcade TOday!!!
dam shoik.
Playing LAN was kinda siao , as usual , people shouting like crazy?
Telling locations , psycho-ing people and such.But, thats the fun part of the game though =x

The swim was retarded , instead of swimming we hid each other slippers , i didn
hide anyone's slippers.
1st method of hiding--- Cover it with someone clothes
2nd---Throw it Somewhere secluded
3rd(sick method)--- Put it inside ..... your pants.

i know after seeing the 3rd method, boys would be like ..... KEWL!
And girls will be like..... ewwwww.

But its a fact! so accept it!

And methods of getting em back.
1st---Trade slippers ( trades may not go well)
2nd--- Steal it someway or another.
3rd---whack that guy.
4th--- threaten to throw the person's bag into the water.
5th---err... there isnt a 5th method =DD

In the end , people still had missing slippers and suspected each other of
having their slippers in their .... u know ... pants.
so basically... one way to check is , aiya u all should know lah.
No need me to explain the details rite?
the reaction would be... ewwww. thats wrong. if i told u.

We had dinner at the big big macs , with the drive thru, at amk.
than we went arcade after dinner!

And we had unlimited play of basketball cos we took the balls over to a spoilt machine
which ramp, to hold the ball , was spoilt.(pics above) but the timer doesn work lah. so we
played for quite a long time, until the auntie came to stop us. Daniel Tok and me was still throwing balls when the auntie came. Medwin and terence who were trying out far distances throws, were in a awkward position.

Medwin--- left the ball on the daytona machine.
Terence---Ran Behind the racing machines and went down a escalator which
comes up, not go down.

So we just left and went home!~ shoik day! hahaha.

OAL CAMP

OVERALL IT SUCKS.because i was forced to cut my hair T.T

1st day we jus walked to our camp at changi from school , we were supposed to find a barber( to cut my hair! my hair!!) and three, one- of- a- kind trees in sg. but my fringe and sideburns are still pretty long =x
but my back T.T

2nd day , water expedition! kayak like 10 km , 6.5 km with 2 paddles to 2 persons.
2.5km with only 1 paddle to 2 two person
1km with NO PADDLES ( use hand) x.x

3rd day learned how to belay(sp?)
its fun!! =D and the challenge pole's full body harness is freaking painful.
when u jump and the rope pulls u up the pain is like... OUCH OW OW OW.
Faster! LET ME DOWN!! x.x
And we went back home.... short hair T.T

All in all , this camp quite fun. I would have liked it alot if i didn have to
CUT my hair. T.T
but anyway its all over now xD!!!

I know i should go home and rest after the camp but i still went out with dan, char and yitong
quite boring lah >< char and yitong said my short hair was nicer than long one,
lousy taste! xD
Most of the time i was just using stuff toys to whack em =x

I dun know what came over me that day but i decided to go on a movie

But yesterday kinda screwed though. People had to leave early.
Food not bad , but gave me stomachache x.x
And SOME people tried to scare people in the toilet.
But they failed , obviously.

Left around at 12 midnight , no more buses in service!
So we had to walk from Yio Chu kang to bishan, which was quite fun
while drinking the 14 nescafe we got from the machine for just $1.20!

Wooo! im back from the chalet at changi! =D
anyone missed me? =P

i bet many people are interested on what we did on the 5 days of the Cha letttt.

1st day( 2/11/08)

Prepared everything , did last minute packing. before we reached the chalet we camped at j8 to buy bbq stuff, we looked like some kind of fugitives with all our bags dumped in a corner though.
Reached there at around 3-4pm? Cleaned up before going down to the beach, which was in low tide and the bloody big rocks wear dangerous, got many cuts from stepping on em D=.
but at least my injuries were not that bad compared to my others friends who slipped down rocks =x.

2nd day(3/11/08)

Slept at around 5am although gulping down 3 bottles of NesCafe. As our cha-let was very far away from changi village we decided to rent bikes which was very cheap, 8 dollars for 1 night. But i suffered from 'economic' problems from that day on. started budgeting =x
First we cycled to pasir ris park , when we got down our asses were all sore and aching. then, we went down and catch tiny crabs, which died eventually =x. The experience of the journey back is one which i will never forget, walking 4km back to the chalet with 2 bikes in tow. I guess this is what happens when people injure themselves and place the burden on others. but it was super tiring.

Although facing the 4km ordeal, our group of 'hoing' people still decided to cycle around changi airport xD everything went quite smoothly in the start. Until... we reached the highway to changi and we happily went down it, and got lost... if not for the GPS which we had we would have spent the whole night finding our way back. But we got back to our chalet via the TPE, tampines expressway. We even passed by the singapore expo =O.

3rd day (4/11/08)

Slackiest day ever, probably due to the 'expedition' we had the night before. We returned the bikes before making our way down to Wild Wild Wet which most of us regretted going. $15.50 entrance fee for a weekday! daylight robbery ~_~
WWW is as sian as ever. Didn realli enjoy myself much there =/
At least the bbq made the day a little interesting, the food i bbq-ed arent raw! they are just not cooked enough! its still edible!!!!

4th day ( 5/11/08)

Many people left in the morning =( which leaves onli a few of us behind.
Nothing much happened in the morning , only bought 80 lighters to play fire =x
some church camp people also played soccer infront of our chalet and cracked the glass. Good luck paying for the whole gate man~.

School really sucks these few days... Monday, got whacked in the face by a softball bat. Fell down a flight of steps while playing block catching...

My eyes still got the dry dry feeling, very uncomfortable and makes me feel dam sick !
And AND AND... the maths teachers lied... we didn get 75% distinction T.T
And i got onli a 56/100 for the Paper 1 and 2 ... hope my project can help me to get A B4!!

But at least my Geog got A1!!!!!

Finally! EOYs are Overrrr. Play til now then got time post!
Went chalet after the maths paper,which was kinda ok,i think i can get A since the maths teachers said 75% of my class got A1,A2. Miracle! xD

The Chalet was dam shiet. everyone slept so early. leave me by myself to sleep at 6.30, then woke up at 8.30. 2 hours of sleep... bad for health. Tht wasnt the most shit part yet, we all kena sunburn when we went to the beach for like 6 hours! x.x and i got sand threw into hair, took me a long time to clean them off.

Let me share my experience at Brendan's birthday yesterday

We spent like 2 hours at downtime. Spammed Counter strike all the way
everyone was possessed screaming and shouting like some siao zha bors.
went to the condo swam like 4 hours?
left at 8.30 and went for a tcs(talk cok session)
Something dam shoik / nice happened during the TCS
i saw a motorcyclist tio knock down from his bike by a Van.
and the best thing is that.. i saw the entire process. and the policeman at the kopitiam
didn see it! what kind of police we having in sg...

Losing Orienteering Sucks...

Losing Competitions leaves people in a very bad state , especially when its a ncc competition. and it only comes once every year.. but i also cant be blamed for our lost. Because i was the reserve and i was just there to display myself. But not that bad leh , free supply of milo u know. And this year, there was a new component added, theory test. Although i didn take the test i heard that it was very very very very difficult there were questions about azhimuth(sp?) and muse(sp?). I have no idea wad that is >< But nvm la, at least we tried our best =P

Next year, we must get a medal ! We are not gona repeat the same mistakes that we did this year, training must start as early as possible, and training must be dam hoing as possible! LOL, im not being sadist. this is what we need to overcome if we want to get something.

tmr still got some Gathering of Representatives from other school's to participate in some chinese stuff at my school. and i have to be there to be a SKW( Sai Kang Warrior)
This sucks. Really , this sucks.

National day Celebration at CHS!

Every student in the school was allowed to go to school in red and white home clothes today! actually they should jus buy a national flag and jus wear it! haha!

Luckily I had to wear no.4 for the Parade that day , if not i would jus wear black shirt , black pants , black shoes! lol ! Ncc ( Land) was the GOH( Gaurd-Of-Honour ) for this year's national day celebration. We rehearsed like 4 times or 4 trainings jus for this parade. Drills are dam tiring! and its difficult to execute a solid bang. But the thought of being in the parade being the outstanding contingent , wearing white gloves and doing a marchpast pushes me to perfect my drills.

At the end of the parade , we had a debrief and Sir ng wasn't happy with our performance.. haiz. At that time I Was rushing to change out of my sweaty clothes.. when i finally got a chance to.. guess wad! i forgot to bring a pair of pants. and so i had to stay in my SWEATY no.4 for the whole day. The feeling sucks.

Choing-ed home to change out of the no.4 and rushed down to the LAN shop. Played counterstrike for around 2 hours ++ with frens. It was dam fun, cos we can laugh at each other stupidity during the game. For example , bertrand camping at the back door of the assualt map and then getting killed without knowing who killed him.

Posting after a long long time. As most people know, its exam period and mine has just ended. all the papers except science and maths was ok.. MY MATHS! i think im gona fail it. haiz! why!!!

Anyway, im on the verge of going into a single science class next year, which i do not want. I guess i got to choing for my EOY. Im not going into a Single science class !!

List of Things to do before EOY

1. Do not Go out with friends that often
2. Refrain from going to movies unless very important
3.Choing home everyday to mug ( Thats what my class chairmans do everyday)
4.Memorise all Science Questions and their Answers.

I should stop BreakDance lessons and spend that time on studying...
But Oh well.. the addiction to it is so overwhelming that i cant control it. so i guess i will just have to live with it!

Basically , I have to MUG every single day before EOY. Although its just two days after My CA2 , I still have to continue to mug! I dun want to go to a Single science class!

Posting about people who insults people in tagboards..

First and foremost! i believe that no one likes to get insulted. and people who insults people on their tagboard are either too boliao or siao.

I experienced this yesterday.. people insulting me cos im a 'noob' breakdancer... i agree to this statement. im still noob. i accept the fact. but must people push it in? You all can do windmill? ok.. i congratulate u for achieving in executing the move. but people like me have other things to do besides practicing break everyday. i Have other MORE important stuff. so i prefer taking my own time and learn the moves slowly. wads the rush anyway?..

You all can do moves without lessons is good la. But understand the fact that not everyone is as 'gifted' as u. You all ever heard of the word 'Modesty'? Yeah try and work on that.

All in all: people should not go around insulting people cos of their 'noobness', some people nid time to learn. To me i feel that if i jus have the passion for it i will be able to do it one day with more effort. today not much luh. except that we had a blogging lesson on how to protect urself.. i mean like wth!? i believed i wasnt the only blogger in class.. but everybody targeted me.. the lesson was interesting anyway =) have u ever experienced a change parade from schl uniform to Pt kit? cos it isnt a nice one.. so sweaty la.. today's the first time i experienced it during schl hours.. the first time was during ncc! thats much worser..

Post for PreFect CaMp!!

prefect camp is more like a slack camp.. not like ncc camp.. everyday wake up and pump. zz.
The prefect camp was fun but.. i got injured in this camp luh.. i didn get injured in ncc camp leh.. most probably its because of the two packets of sweets i ate before i went to camp xD.
But we just played a name-game and War game on the 1st nite.. the name-game took Very very very long. and the war game was screwed up for me! I Banged Face-Flat into a chain z.. painful man. now my face got cut.. HAIZ... then at nite after talking to Jas, i put down the phone and knocked into a wall... so its Get One Cut, get another bruise FREE.. but its painful luh.

Second day was Dam sian.... cos everyone was dam tired.. and i slept onli at 2.30, woke up at 3 for the nite game, then slept at 4.30... so i onli slept like... 3 hours++? RX Knee-ed me at nite ... many many injuries during camp.. second day sucked cos of my fatigue.. still had to choing to O school after that... haiz!

Friday was the preparation day for homecoming.. and practically.. and iwas the sai kang warrior'SKW' doing almost everything... including buying the two smaller pools.. collecting the fish from hougang etc.. hehe but that nite was dam fun!! we did wadever we wanted =X like climbing over the school wall.. going to cheers..

haha funny funny =X the 'longkang' fishing event at nite was the best! haha xD but i got bitten while trying to catch the bloody big fish.. zz. good thing it died =X I didn sleep the whole nite! sibei sian. Next day was the most tiring day of my life. after a few hours which was like eternity.. it was onli 11.12-.- and so i decided to dee siao some people.. and my first targets was some guangyang prefects.. they were fun to dee siao sia.. i found them 4 times and dee siao-ed them 4 times.. Basically today's the last weekday of the june holidays .. sad-ed. man. went LAN for the last time.. sian la.. although everything went quite smoothly that day, except for 10 ang moh's taking up the computers in the LAN and scolding vulgarities because i killed 2 of em with headshots xD. but eventaully they hum ji play with us so they went and set a private room.
After all those killing of ang mohs, i went to vivocity to watch get smart, free tickets leh.. so i dun mind going all the way to vivo =X the show was dam funny.. worth watching =P. After finishing the show, we went for a mad run =X we ran around shouting RAFFLES! Lol xD

B-Boys@O-School!(Extreme Top) On the lift up to O-School!(Top)

haha.. posting after a long time! erm lets see.. 5 days? as u can see.. today i went back to O-school for my 2nd B-boy Open II lesson! im always this happy when i attend my lessons =X
but it rocks la,the instructor rocks oso.. lol =X lets see.. we learnt a simple footwork layout today.. kinda difficult leh =X cos the music dam fast and its difficult to keep up >< More Training! But no matter what happens, im not giving up b-boying! but taking into account that im the youngest there(my other b-boy frens are all 17++), maybe i could be better than em when im their age.. i nid to train harder!!

After that lesson i planned to go to my auntie's house but it was located at some duno wad kinda isolated place at pasir ris.. they said take 359! But There were THREE TYPES of 359 services!one is west loop, another is south loop and the last one i forgot ><>

Today Was a normal slacking day la, still recovering from ncc camp.. After maths tuition i went to J8. Guess wad i saw!

I Saw THESE WTF(wad the fish) HUGE BLOODY Crawlies-.-... They tried to kill me! lols nah.. jus joking bout the killing part... they were quite cool la.. Especially the spider.. furry furry one xD wad if it was really alive! then its realli WTF! they would tear down the whole of J8 la. xD And! J8 escalators changed directions ~_~ the escalators going up last time came down and those going down went up... Wtf man! The people who changed the escalator's direction trying to test our mind issit? xD J8 is getting more boring la.. but the people there is dam hilarious.. i saw a couple.. the guy singing a song to his u know wad la.. then he sing like wtf -.- not that i can sing or wad la.. but cannot sing dun sing la.. spoil the song u know =X 2 more weeks and school's here again =( sad-ed..

Hehehe. Time to Share my experience during the camp! 4days 3nights

1st Day
The Journey to School with the flag was pretty difficult.. with the camp flag and all sorts of barang barang.*Changes to Blue Font* okok time to start. I was pretty excited because i was going to be I.C(In-Charge) of Bravo. And experience something i never did. We Started to clean our bunk first
pretty sian la. with all the dust flying around here and there~.after a few push ups and dinner. It was...NIGHT ORIENTEERING! ok this was pretty screwed.. we were able to navigate properly UNTIL the moment of death. one of my part a cadets lost his bottle.. and i let him go and find it alone. i pretty much got screwed by CSM because i let him go alone>.<. NVM! lesson learnt! xD That nite i bath-ed in a cubicle with no lock. and my alot of horn de pltn mates started to kick my door open but they didn see anything la =X
2nd Day

Woke up! Had morning PT then breakfast! field cooking was so fun la! i put alot of solid feuls down. and the fire was always coming against me xD and everyone looked at me with the retarded face when i started to put out the fire =X we had IFC(Individual Field Craft) Tutorial after that. I felt so.. Pro for once xD cos we learnt all those last year also =X we also painted our faces with face paint the green and black thingy. dam difficult to wash off la. i wash off oso make my eye like got eye liner liddat =X We 'called' for pizza by running to floodlights- 62353535. but we didn get pizza that nite =( THEN after dinner it was the most fun part>> SPORTS NITE!

there were many events and i took part in 100metres , 3x100metres and 4 x 360m.
Results> 100 metres--Overall 1ST(Greatest Achievement in the camp)
>3x100 metres-- I think 3rd ba
>4 x 360 metres-- 3rd also =P
Then it was supper and lights out.(i didn bath in a lock-less cubicle that nite)

3RD Day
1 more day and we will be through~ Morning PT as usual. Then the Part B's(my Part) had drill session. It was pretty fun,maybe because everyone gave it their best?After that was IFC test. Dam easy la =X lol i think i passed with flying colours? =X And as usual washing off the face paint was difficult ~_~. We had a game of soccer and proceeded on to watching '300' and the war game. The game went like this: Everyone has a shirt in their pocket and its ur 'life' , every group has a flag holder which is supposed to hide somewhere. Once the flag is being pulled , You Win. but once ur shirt is being pulled out , You DIE! There were 4 games altogether. First 2 games pretty screwed up. THE 3RD GAME! DAM FUNNY! The Red Team,my team, jus CHOING-ED without coming out with a plan. and obviously our flag got caught.. because a spy saw us plant our flag ... Finally , 4th game , was dam fun. We came up with a perfect plan and 'killed' 25/27 people from blue team. The combat outside the art room was dam nice! no one from red team died during that battle! dam fun! everyone like in war liddat , keep trying to pull our shirts from the pockets . and we won!(obviously,with 2 people left from the opposing team).
That nite we had the pizza we 'called' for. The 'delivery man' dam lag sia. call yesterday today than Deliver =X Then me and the other Ic's had a talk by Sergeant Keefe (CSM) After that we bathed(the cubicle door had a lock) and slept at 3.30AM.Going Home tomorrow lo!

4th Day(GO HOME LIAO)
Woke up for PT(Dam 'hoing' sia) it was self-initiated PT actually.Then we had Breakfast and had to clean up the bunk to prepare for bunk check! My grp had onli 4 mistakes =X heng man.Before Maam and sir came up,we saw Maam doing something else. so everyone except yong xiang greeted maam properly,he shouted 'GOOD MORNING MUM'.Everyone was like WTH and laughing like siao =X After the bunk check by the sergeants was bunk check by Sir and Maam.They said my bunk was pretty clean. So we did a good job?Sgt Chek Wei Came to De-brief us,it was quite a good de-brief as everyone reflected properly, then we jus talk cock. Choosing Platoon outstanding Cadet from my squad was difficult cos both part a's were quite zai. but... onli one person can get it. But personally i feel that some of the part A's POC didn deserve the award. Cos they slacked alot and didn show endurance.Some Part A's didn even show us Part B's respect.For example, Elliot,he kicked me when he didn like his job during the war game.I think many part b's will feel the same way as me.Maybe they dun know the fact that we are taking over next year and can start knocking em down?However, People make mistakes,even me, so i shall let it go.=X But they award still had to be given out to someone .. so they got it.. so easy getting POC now.. If i get CSM next year im gona make sure i pull up Ncc's standard once again! But first i got to pull up my standard =X The part a's drill when collecting the certs was oso pretty screwed la.. they didn know how to march and salute properly.After the Mini-Parade, Sir gave us 1min to leave the school as there was a 'thunderstorm' coming. most people didn care about the 'thunderstorm'. lols. But the camp was a meaningful one.

Hahaha 1 week of Holidays is GONE! =( so sad-ed xD

let me write a review of wad happened throughout last week! most of my frens were in CHINA!
For the immersion programme shit =P Throughout last week i went to DOWNTIME(LAN shop at thompson area) like 6 out of 7 days. the only day i didn go is bcos of b-boy lesson! dam shoik la .. learn how the basics of windmill and flare.. but im still hopeless at it
=/.. nvm MORE TRAINING Will help me perfect it! Yeah!

And i kinda solo-ed my camp flag.. Jun Sheng was the only person in my camp grp who helped me with the flag(Picture on top). and wei jie did the camp cheer.. so, onli the part a's helped me.. how bout the part b's .. haiz.. they onli paid me money for the flag =/ the camp flag not bad la..

After finishing the flag, i went to nicholas ang A.K.A YUSUKE de bbq. we didn actually bbq. jus went to swim and play catching in the carpark =X teh swim was EXTREMELY COLD! and we kept getting scolded by the security gaurd. Oh well.. the catching part was nice =) we kena scolded for running at the tennis court by so many people.. haha dam fun man! got the rebellious feeling =P

OMG TMRW IS NCC ANNUAL CAMP 08... will die de lorh... but im happy to be I.C! cos i like leading =P hope there wont be HELL NITE.. if not realli happy new year to me lorh ><

ok... me and 6 other pltnmates went and help as backstage crew for the CO concert thingy... regret helping em la... they treated as like slaves!! YES SLAVES! their instrument drop.. they jus look at it and wait for us to pick it up -.-... then after the concert ended we were all rushed to hurry up and bring the instruments down... haiz... the sec 2 and 3's got some people bossing us around ... a few sec 4's were kind.. they thanked us and its very obvious that they mean it.. ok but wadever la. im doing this for my CCA. NCC ALL THE WAY!

reported to school at 9am... 9.07 am actually xD.. school was sian la.. stupid fire drill! make us go down take attendance and come up again! Omg! today Literary Expression paper!! lucky i memorized the 'answers' the day before and didn die that badly!! but i kinda got sidetracked into writing about queen elizabeth instead of portia from MOV(Merchant Of Venice). Its another Monday all~ Today i had Home econs practical test!! and as usual ... im a slacker so i jus decided to cook green bean soup! After finishing it up i put a coating of Hershy's chocolate syrup on the edges of the bowl! and the HE teacher said it was disguisting =(..
